As part of this social policy, SNEP ensures the application of the labor legislation in force:

  • It guarantees freedom of association
  • It strictly prohibits the use of child labor under the age of 15;
  • It is committed to non-discrimination between genders, and also to non-discrimination of people with disabilities for any job that can be occupied by a person with specific needs;
  • It is also committed to non-discrimination related to culture, religion, race, color;
  • Hygiene and company committees have been set up and social dialogue is of particular interest.
